Net Zero Nation

Commercial @ Net Zero Campaign, Scottish Government [2021]

Co-Directed by Ruby Law

A short film for the climate change campaign in Scotland. We see scenes of what Scotland will be like if we do nothing, but over each scene, we find a zero that gives us a window into what Scotland could be like if we do net-zero. Zero isn’t a static graphic, it’s not inactive and it’s certainly not void of life. Zero within this film is the very definition of life, of fresh clean air and of a brighter, more diverse future. There is hope.

We can do nothing, or we can do Net-Zero.

A portion of our directors’ fee has been donated to help offset the carbon footprint on this production. The donation is dedicated to planting broadleaved woodlands in Scotland.
